Responsible for supporting as Site administrator network and systems, Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Hardware equipment and Software applications in stores to ensure a full time operation of all IT equipment/ systems; maximize users productivity and minimize devices down time to a non-effective limit. Trained new members of IT team regarding stores infrastructure (network, Hardware equipment and Software applications).
Responsible for taking & logging incoming calls & providing efficient customer support for all 1st Line issues relating to Servers, Desktops, Laptops and peripherals.
· Fix, support and solve hardware and software problems.
· Mange system tools.
