LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Responsible in ensuring the consistent implementation of programs all
across the organization, active participation in the negotiation of
Collective Bargaining Agreement, Labor Cases, LMCs.
* Foster a strong and productive partnership with labor unions
according to the policies and parameters set by the company and
within labor regulations, to ensure a harmonious working
environment, maximizing the contribution that will improve the
productivity of operations
* Assists in defining the overall labor relations strategy through an in-
depth analysis of labor data coming from collective bargaining
agreements (CBA), labor and productivity statistics
* Provides advice and counsel regarding day to day labor relations
activities, trends and developments
* Oversees the preparation, development execution and evaluation
of collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
* Develops and maintains an effective labor relations network with
key stakeholders in government and labor organizations
* Analyzes, manages and controls labor costs for both regulars and
3rd parties. Ensuring all headcount and costs are within the
established budget
* Ensure the implementation of HR policies, processes, planning tools.
* Prepare and review Notice of Specific Charge and Order to Explain
before issuance to concern employee;
* Facilitate Notice of Administrative Hearing and Prepare notice of
disposition and recommend appropriate disciplinary action aligned
with Company Code of Discipline;
* Implements local strategies on Social Development (employee
relations, company events), according to company standards, in
order to promote the quality of life for the employees and their
families; increasing productivity, competitiveness and engagement.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
* Conducts Learning Need Analysis following the performance
consulting approach on a periodic basis with key stakeholders
* Identify suitable vendors for various categories of learning programs
including Process, Technology, Behavioral and Leadership. Liaison with
the vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning programs
* Give Feedback Analysis and Delayed feedback, Manager Feedback.
ROI calculation for key learning interventions
* Design and deliver learning interventions such as mentoring, executive
coaching, knowledge sharing sessions and forums etc.
* Facilitator for select behavioral and leadership learning programs
* Prepare learning and development collaterals to a consistently high
standard and ensure that they reach the participant/facilitator within
agreed timelines
* Leveraging and analysing performance metrics and measures to
continually assess the effectiveness of learning delivery
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, decrease complexity,
leverage economies of scale and skill and technology, to reduce
overall learning expense and improve learning solution effectiveness
* Maintaining current knowledge of best practices in learning and
development solutions, industry practices, and implementation
solutions
RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT
* Review, analyse and recommend strategies to improve recruitment
programs;
* Ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies;
* Monitor recruitment personnel in the sourcing of applicants and ensure
that vacant positions is filled up within the agreed timeline;
