Responsibilities:
1. Assess policies, procedures, and processes for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards
2. Ensure the company compliance in Quality Management System in all process
3. In-charge of new models establishment by checking the product compliance to required regulation certification in a specific destination. Together with quality inspection to avoid minor to major issues during mass-production.
4. Handles minor and major quality problem in production line, by investigating and implementing effective corrective actions and countermeasures together with related sections.
5. Supervision of outgoing products quality to achieve the customer’s satisfaction and to avoid conflicts in product’s shipment by effective shipping management.
6. In-charge of reliability inspection and special evaluation, to assess product’s reliability.
7. QA Measuring Instrument Management by ensuring that all inspection, measure and test equipment used are suitable and calibrated.
8. Creating and modifying work instruction to ensure that all inspection process is updated and effective.
9. Creating progress and analysis reports to present in managers and other related section.
10. Provides manpower supervision, direction and training to all QA/QC Inspectors under our supervision.
11. Reviews and assists in the development of Quality Control Procedures and Work Instructions (WI) as needed to ensure QC processes and requirements are well defined and clearly articulated to subordinate.
Receiving documents for registration and issuance of document control number.
2. Management of documents and records according to Quality Management System.
3. Regular review audit to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.
4. Monitor the day to day result of production and help provide countermeasures for the problems encounter.
5. Responsible for the quality Inspection of all items (sample and finished goods).
6. Monitor the Shipments of all items coming from Suppliers. Monitor sample need to send to Suppliers for their reference.
7. In charge of a sample and New Project Qualification Process with coordination to the whole team
