Teacher of Business Studies, Economics, ICT and Physical Education.
Head of Year 9 group and member of the school’s pastoral team dealing with behaviour and management of the school’s behaviour policy.
My daily role is to manage, guide and educate grade 8 to 12 learners (13-18 year olds) in various subject fields. My main focus areas are Business Studies, Physical Education, as well Personal Development and Health.
I constantly keep track of childrens' personal development by having one on one sessions with each student on a weekly basis and providing feedback to parents about their child(ren)'s progress in class. This management style works best to maintain and improve classroom discipline.
