• Office management: manages the overall daily office operations, negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, primary liaison to building landlord and oversees office operating procedures.
• Technology: oversees network administration, manages phone system and helps evaluate information systems.
• Finance: develops and manages budget for all administrative departments, reviews operating costs and suggests cost saving measures.
• Responsible for managing the legal risks associated to the organizations activities.
• Assess and advise on legal risks arising from operations, acquisitions and other activities
• Analyze contract and operational model in comparison with competitors in the market.
• Drafting of contracts and agreements.
• Handle statutory company secretarial and filing matters.
• Case handling and maintain litigation and reconciliation with third parties.
• Draw all kinds of legal petitions and memos.
• Sharing all legal ideas, command, orders, and instruction concerning Labor, employees and follow up all matters officially and legally for the company rules.
• Follow up all details, documents and files with law firms and do them in good and advanced performance, also discovering any incompatibility.
