Supervise the project execution and ensuring the mobilization; allocation of proper resources to complete the projects on time complying with specifications, quality, safety and cost budget.
Manage the assessment process of the project risks and ensure mitigation in place at stage progress and administration of change orders and claims.
Develop and implement an efficient project communication & coordination plans among stakeholders related to work progress, quality and cost correction of variances.
Monitor the Project Management Performance.

Establish and implement the Company SOP that includes Procedures and Work Instruction.
Establish, implement, monitor and revise, the Project Quality Plan, Project Specific procedures, Procurement schedule etc.
Audit the system operating procedures, find out diagnostics and close out non-conformities.
Coordinate with Owner Representative, Consultant and Subcontractors for related Provision & Technical matters.
Ensure received Material compliance & Second party audits for compliance. Maintain the records of the audit and advise correction and corrective action against deficiencies.
Assess suppliers / subcontractors ability, monitor their contribution to quality and assure the supplied product / service is in compliance to standards.
Review of all test reports required in the specifications and insures their implementation.
Establish & develop Quality management system, including Organization Charts, Process Maps Job Descriptions and Key process indicators, Monitor the implementation of the SOP that includes Policies, Processes, Procedures and Work Instruction.
Review of the Project Quality Plan, Project Specific procedures, Procurement schedule etc.
Assess suppliers / subcontractors ability, contribution to quality and assure the supplied product / service is in compliance to standards.
Establish Quality control process Maps & all relevant check points and set Key process indicators for all operating departments to monitor performance.
Ensure proper communications among departments.
Quality Orientation & Training for continual Improvement.
Analyze received data, measure Performance & Propose corrective actions.
Monitor the Audit performance, Review the findings, attend the management meetings, follow up and Close out non-conformance
in
Project Management Professional (PMP) Lead Auditor (IRCA) Environmental Degree (Solid Waste, Waste Water Treatment & Air Pollution) Certified Internal Auditor BVQI
