- Make productivity gains through multiple change and improvement initiatives.
- Optimized performance thus substantially reduction of the ''Transformation Value'' of produced vehicles by decreasing the price product and production expense.
- Deal with product development to integrate customer data into new products that increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Perform project management to maximize business results in manufacturing
- Orchestrate project teams in improving process components; manage each project team while initiating
planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.
- Manage project resources, progress and budget.

Manage competences and develop Quality Management System
- Lead a team of 10 technicians and make adequate charge resources plan.
