Ensure the financial viability of the company and its affiliates,
Manage liquidity and P&L and match AR and AP aging,
Reestablish the financial system and prepare new accounting cycles and processes in full compliance with IFRS,
Prepare internal controls and apply them through policies and procedures,
Set up product pricing (commission matrix) for products and services,
Prepare and analyze the financial statements,
Prepare company and project budgets and forecasts,
Study the risk of new projects and perform mitigating procedures,
Assess contracts and proposals from finance and commercial perspectives,
Manage the finance team to perform daily finance tasks.
Performed external auditing in accordance with IFRS, ISA and EY Global Audit Methodology.
Provided advisory services regarding the preparation of policies and procedures and organizational structure.
Provided other professional accounting services, including the preparation of financial statements and setting up the chart of account and accounting cycle.
Researched and supported in the application of the new ISA changes (ISA 700, 701, and 705).

Utilize IFRS and management accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel and interpersonal skills to improve the cash management and planning functions:
- Developed systematic models for short and mid-term cash forecasts and the statement of cash flows in direct method
- Researched and improved the classification of cash and investment accounts in the financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Automated several internal processes including: bank reconciliation, reporting of cash position and requirement, and payment entry.
Led the bank operations team for several months, including 2013 annual closing.
