Creating, managing and overseeing the company's digital marketing projects flow and manages day- to-day agency operations.
Tasks:
•Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
•Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
•Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings. (Proactive)
•Preparing, customizing and presenting TBB credentials to potential clients.
•Respond to inquiries on different media and/or referrals. (Reactive)

•Developing quotations and proposals. - Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
•Persuading and closing deals with clients. - Maintain good relationship with current and potential clients.
•Planning and overseeing the roll-out of TBB annual marketing plan.
•Attending conferences, industry and networking events.
•Managing TBB website, social media channels and updating presentations/ credentials/ material.
- Campaign management; including launching, monitoring and optimizing the campaigns.
- Tracking the performance of campaigns and ensuring timely delivery.
- Generate weekly and end-of-campaigns report.
- Creating campaigns on different advertisement platforms including Google and Bing Ads.
Tasks:
•Acted as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
•Managed and organized corporate and internal events, such as Raya Contact Center’s kick-off event which included its management team as well as over 1, 000 of its employees and Valeo’s team building event attended by most of its employees.
•Managed the design and production process of projects including promotional materials, giveaways and website design and development for clients such as Valeo, Intel, LEEDS and Bareeq Capital assuring that such projects meet the clients’ guidelines.
•Handled budgets and invoicing of all of the agency’s clients.
•Provided design and direction for collaterals, web and other visual communications media for the agency.
•Assisted in development and refinement of the agency’s visual brand strategies.
•Responsible for all the agency’s internal communication activities.
•Worked on few graphic design projects requested by clients such as IFC’s annual report infographics.
