Responsible to the sales operation through preparing annual budget.
Preparing month wise sales target by considering the potential of the market for each salesman.
Follow-up category wise sales of each Salesman through daily sales report.

• Instrumental in Sales Forecasting, Planning of Consumer Promotions and coordination with Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Work towards company brand building and help maintain the equity of each individual brand.
• Negotiating and driving the execution of all customer-driven activities within the territory.
