Preparing files for output.

• Applies established corporate branding specification to ensure work meets
organization guidelines
• Organize and delegate the task to design department
• Assist Creative Director with special projects: reports, presentation boards, etc
• Manage e-mails coming from clients and update their Artwork
• Handle Projects like Books, Magazines, Annual Reports, Profiles
• Quality Control of design, printing, prepress and file release
• Full understanding of printing and prepress, as well as possessing the skills for
preparing files for output
• Hand over a weekly report to the marketing manager and the chairman to update
them on the work process

Supervise jobs under the Design and Pre-Press Department
• Manage all works under production for Image Setter including density checking and
color separation of artwork
• Prepare Montage (Magazines, folders, Flat Jobs, Work/Turn, Work/Tumble),
• Digital montage through Preps to CTP (Computer to Direct Plate)
• Work all types of die cuts (folders, greeting cards, presentations)
• Design business cards, letterheads, and other company stationery
• Create posters and flyers for various local events
• Design different types of Notebooks and Diaries
