SIP Transaction Manager Performance Improvement
Intend of this work was to investigate and enhance the performance of SIP Transaction Manager (siptrans) under heavy call load.
• Did investigation, designed, developed and tested 2 solutions for improving the performance of siptrans.
SIP Transaction Manager with Proxy Design
Worked on the design test plan regression test suite for siptrans (SIP Transaction Manager Library) with proxy.
• Did investigation on the new proxy functionality in siptrans and developed an upper layer Proxy TU.
• Developed Design Unit Test Plan and strategy to test siptrans with Proxy TU.
• Executed and debugged several test scenarios using UBIQUITY.
Led a cross functional team for all field related customer issues and trouble reports.
• Worked with the management and implemented a process to reduce the turnaround time
to fix the customer issues and problems.
• Supported the team members on critical issues and contributed to shorten the response time
to the Customer Technical Support queries.
