o Fully responsible for the Network Administration & the team working for it of both VSAT Satellite Network of TBI branches outside Baghdad.
o Fully responsible for VPN networks & the team working for it between IT center in Baghdad and the Disaster Recovery Site in Erbil on one hand and between Masbah branch in Baghdad and the Disaster Recovery Site in Erbil on the other hand.
o Administration & monitoring of user’s access to the internet system of the bank in a safe and reliable method and according to the user permissions and job description. And full administration of TBI Mail servers (Internal Email Server hosted inside TBI & External Email Server hosted in Dubai). With full troubleshooting of contact applications.
o Fully responsible for Network Distribution software (Kaspersky Admin Kit Antivirus)
o Administration of IIBN between TBI, the Central Bank & Alfa Consult Company
o Coordination with internet & network support companies in providing technical support at all levels either via emails, meeting or conference calls.
o Coordination with IT staff in TBI and respond to telephone calls or emails for all network incidents & problems.
o Coordination with telecommunication & mobile companies concerning all communication issues of ATM’s & POS devices inside VPN between TBI & GPS in Bahrain (VISA Processor).

o Fully responsible for Hardware supports and maintenance and the team working for maintaining the computers of the bank and Installing programs and email addresses and checking computers for software errors when necessary.
o Advising users on software, guiding and instructing them about software usage and advisory.
