Duties:
- Responsible of yearly Marketing Plan & Budget Allocation to different Marketing Activities for best KIA promotion results while following Mother Company “KIA Motors Corporation” Marketing requirements & guidelines.
- Follow-up of Design & Execution of Marketing Campaigns (both offline & online) & studying ideas to promote sales against competition.
- Planning & monitoring of local website, digital & social network marketing activities.
- Planning & Execution of Marketing Events such as New Model launches, Mall Displays, Test Drives, etc...
- Management of Marketing Agency work (review & correction of creative designs, press releases, controlling 3rd party products quality, editing & correction of KIA Management Event speeches etc…).
- Follow-up Sales Team performance, build up sales statistics & analyze them.
- Competition analysis for better targeting of Marketing Campaigns.
- Coordination with CRM Department for monitoring of customers complaints & suggestions & coming up with ideas that support Sales & After-Sales department to exceed Customer expectations.
- Reports & Correspondence with KIA Regional Office in Dubai & KIA Motors Corporation in Seoul, Korea: All reports related to Sales & Marketing issues, Dealer/Distributor Management System follow-up, Distributor Facilities Development follow-up etc…
Internally:
- Training & Leading Subordinates in the Marketing Department.
- Evaluation, Training & Management of KIA administrative staff mainly secretarial & logistics staff.
- Evaluation, improvement & cost analysis of work processes for higher efficiency.
Providing Consultancy Services to clients in Quality Management Systems, Cost analysis & Control, Marketing, Human Resources & many other fields.
Conducting feasibility studies.
Responsible of Business Development for the Consulting Unit.
Project Manager for the Market Research Consulting Unit ( Activities; Mystery Shopping, Market research for new product launches etc...)
Manage all marketing & event preparation activities (Ex. Model launches, New Marketing Campaigns launches, Mall Displays etc..) for KIA Motors Kuwait.
Follow-up of media campaigns & studying ideas to promote sales against competition.
Follow-up Sales Team performance, build up sales statistics & analyze them.
Correspondence with KIA Regional Office in Dubai to report sales, discuss competition & others.
Lecture & explain material to students, conduct tutorials & follow-up assigned labs. Mainly involved in teaching Management, Probability and Statistics, Cost Analysis courses.
Involved as Assistant Trainer in many courses offered by the Office of Consultation & Career Development in the Faculty.
Company was involved in import, sales and maintenance of banknote counting machines and a large range of other banking equipment.
My duties were:
Business Development, Internal management of the office, follow up of maintenance & sales teams, follow-up of orders with factory until delivery to customer etc..
Assisting Sales Manager in preparing bids, load estimation of air- conditioning systems, follow-up order from issue time until it is submitted to customer (Logistics).
