Working as QC Engineer with Safety responsibility in structural fabrication.
Worked with medicinal Sulphur processing plant .
Fabrication of pipe spools, using SMAW process,
UT and PT testing
Prepare punch list for the specific piping job.
Responsible for Maintenance and repair of static and rotating equipment, Pumps, heat exchangers, condenser, Valves, stainers.
Take total care of entire Production activities, Manpower handling based on shifts, monitor the Quality of Pipes produced for each shift, reporting to Production Manager, attend minutes meet in every morning to discuss Production and Quality concerns.
Liaison with Maintenance department for any production process breakdowns.
Conduct Mill test Pipe for MPQT, Hydro Test, and review of visual quality check, RTFI interpretation.
Ensure pipes are Final QC OK, as per API 5L Specifications.
Supervised a team of Service Technicians of a busy Quick Service Department. Have done Customer handling whenever it had been required. Have performed the duties of Quality testing after servicing of cars is done. Optimum utilization of workshop personnel . Making service appointments over phone for customers. Meeting the monthly Workshop targets, and Customer satisfaction .
Worked as QC Engineer, handling inspection, testings, third party inspection of Bellows Components. Preparing QC final report and submission of Packing list.
Welders Qualifications, PQR, WPS, witnessing of Pneumatic Test, Hydro Test, Spring Load Test
Review results of PT, HLT, UT .
