Duties & responsibilities
• Following standardized company procedures relating to all aspects of office performance.
• Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationary levels.
• Updating databases with confidential and relevant information.
• Ensuring that all information and documentation is compliant with guidelines of the data protection act.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Collect, organize and summarize information requested by the Senior Managers.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
• Creating and maintaining filing systems.
• Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.
• Managing and maintaining food, as well as invoicing.
• Handling accommodation issues as well as booking and invoicing.
• Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and external contacts.
• Room Allocation to the employees & subcontractor manpower as per designation and grade.
• Responsible for camp laundry and Housekeeping.
• Camp Accommodation & catering supervision.
• Camp occupancy segregation contractor and sub contract wise.
• Issuing on/offshore security pass for required employees with professional record.
• In charge of renewing security pass to CICPA.
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
• Recommend, develop and maintain equipments database, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
• Providing required stationeries to personnel at site.
• Equipment maintenance control & update in Ezware system.
• Waste management.
• Accounting (one year) MUBS (Modern University for Business and Science) 2009-2010
