- Directed the process of redesigning the Group’s organizational structure. This was done for the top corporate level and local operational levels.

- Directed a company-wide Job Analysis initiative and used the results, and the new Group organizational structure, to create formal job descriptions for all positions in compliance with HR best practices.

- Designed and fully implemented an in-house HRMS with the IT department as a proof-of-concept and test bed for future commercial HRMS needs. Surveyed and analyzed several commercial HRMS solutions and now currently preparing to make the switch to a commercial HRMS.

- Designed and implemented several performance management and incentive bonus schemes for local operations. Currently designing a company-wide Country Manager performance management and bonus inventive scheme.

- Implemented an online corporate career portal and automated tracking system to streamline the recruitment process and brand the company as an employer of choice.

- Launched an English Learning program through an international training institution. This was done at the local level, and may be spread on a regional level.

Group Senior Training & Development Specialist at Azadea Group

- Developed training initiatives on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer and Group Training & Development Manager, and communicated directly with the General Managers and HR managers for all 12 countries of operation (Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia).

- Designed and researched a company-wide Customer Service training program as the new retail service standard for the company in alignment with input from Brand Management, Customer Relations Management, and Mystery Shopper reports.

- Directed and researched the company’s first company-wide 360 feedback system targeting over 100 managers, including senior managers and executives across all countries and operations.

- Directed and researched the company’s first company-wide Employee Satisfaction Survey targeting all employees (over 6, 000) in all countries.

- Coordinated with managers and subject matter experts to conduct training needs analysis and create training evaluation methods.

- Contributed to the development of an in-house learning management system.

- Trained hundreds of employees from dozens of nationalities, managerial and non-managerial, on behavioral skills and performance management in numerous countries, including: Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan.
