• Support in planning, organizing and lead cross-functional execution of all events activities to promote the QFCA locally and internationally.
• Support in managing the execution of graphics, marketing and branding material used at event activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers and media partners ensuring activities pertaining to the execution of the events are met according to QFCA’s standards.
• Contribute to design agency briefings and production including copywriting, print production & artwork
• Support in maintaining a calendar of events and implement a system that enables long term planning and effective events management, liaising with the department team members as well as QFCA’s key stakeholders so that the information is duly shared and updated.
• Support in the development of the event management plan, program and departmental budget
Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements. Working closely with key stakeholders at every level of the business to ensure the effective delivery of events.
Duties:
• Working closely with the client’s organizing committee, creative designers, suppliers and contractors.Developing, implementing and managing events.
• Managing budgets, processes and procedures. Liaising with clients at a high level.
• Overseeing procurement of all event requirements, such as; catering, audiovisual, transportation, security & rental needs.
• Overseeing hotel accommodation, schedules, travel, day plans and registration procedures.
• Responsible for continuous following up and reporting.
• Responsible of suppliers’ management, internal and client reporting.
• Execute on-site requirements.

gathering over 76, 000 Qr. for charity, dedicated to the Horn of Africa campaign. Received exclusive coverage on Qatar TV and Al Kass TV; Showcased over 7 performers located inDoha covering a variety of performances.
Ensuring the smooth delivery of all services provided to Media and making sure everything in the Media Room, the Mixed Zone and Press Conference Room is working correctly and in an organized manner so the media can do their job in the best and most efficient manner. Working closely with all the other Functional Areas Managers in order to create the best results possible in the venue and a pleasant and productive working environment for all the Venue Media Volunteers. Coordinate the Venue Media Volunteers and make sure they are prepared and willing
to work and help media operations team to deliver its goal of providing the best possible working conditions for the media.
