- Define and implement strategic regional marketing and communication strategy by market while ensuring all communication objectives are clearly and effectively linked back into the brand - -- Supervising the digital marketing department, owned and paid media management including Google ads, social media platforms, SEO & website.
- Develop the annual Marketing plan for the Group including budget and ROI.

- Initiate market research across branches: questionnaires and focus groups;
- Supervise Social Media, SEM, SEO and other digital activities;
- Build content for press releases, mobile app, website and Newsletter;
Worked on the implementation of the new brand identity on all touch-
points including post offices, kiosks, signage, uniforms, vehicles, IVR,
website, customer material, corporate stationery, etc.;
Developed and implemented strategies for new and existing products;
Managed social media pages;
Prepared and controlled marketing plans and budgets;
Handled the communication with the creative agency (
Assisted in the editing of the LAU Magazine;
Maintained the archiving process of LAU Publications & Photos;
