My involvment:
Initially gaining experience in the company structure and specified ERP sales system, in the Netherlands and then relocating to Dubai. Starting with the complete initial setup of the company in Dubai (B&S World Supply) and moving throught setting up purchase, and sales/customer service department in the role of a Project Manager. From September 2013 onwards I was more specifically focused on the Sales/Customer Service department, taking the role of the manager of that department.

Main focus of the company:
Supplying ff&v and other food items to peacekeeping forces in countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq.

Some tasks include/ed:
- Setting up the office
- Developing clear and attainable procedures
- Setting up a system for accurate records of communications with customers
- Recruit, manage, train and appraise new personnel for the Admin and Customer Service department
- Managing the KPIs: cost, time, scope, and quality.
- Develop unified customer service directive.
- Providing service to clients such as special orders, sampling, handling more complex enquiries and complaints as well as coordinating between clients and logistics.

Supporting the Purchase Department during a newly acquired business expansion. I was involved in creating procedures, analysing data needed for the buyers in order to ensure successful purchasing habits. Furthermore, I was involved in creating a SLA between the company and the newly obtained client.

Main focus of the company:
Anker Amsterdam Spirits is one of the largest independent beverage wholesalers in the Netherlands and has a wide range of domestic and foreign spirits, beer, wine and soda. It's focus is catering, wholesalers, retailers, brewers, supermarkets, liquor stores and convenience stores throughout the Netherlands with a current range of more than 2200 products.

Some tasks included:
- Forecast levels of demand for products to meet the business needs
- Keeping constant check on stock levels
- Producing reports and statistics for the department, the GM and the clients
- Re-discussing the purchase department structure
- Developing clear and attainable procedures
- Developing an SLA between the company and one of the clients

I started in the organization as a presenter for the University on various events. Within 5 months I was promoted to Trainer of the presenters. On top of that I was responsible for the Bulgarian market, due to my nationality, and increased the applicants for the market by 30% in comparison to previous years.
