Finished Goods Warehouse & Distribution/Logistics
•Reporting to Director Supply Chain.
•To monitor all activities of distribution & logistics.
•To monitor cold chain dispatches of biological product in proper cold chain and timely delivery.
•Oversee daily work activity includes receiving, storing and shipping material within the distribution center.
•To follow safety & security procedures.
•To address customer queries / complaint and ensure customer satisfaction.
•To perform cost negotiation with vendor / carriers and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
•To launch claim in case of mishap during transportation and get their follow up.

To monitor the testing of all dosage forms performed on HPLC, spectrophotometer, dissolution assembly and all physical tests including pH, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration time.
To review and give input on packing material’s Art Work.
To prepare the Dossiers for the registration of drugs from local ministry of health.
To review SmPC’s and UPL of variation.
To develop new batches.
To supervise dispensing, granulation, blending, compression and coating of trial batches. To review BMRs of new commercial batches and of increased batch size.
To perform Cpk (Process capabilities) and Ppk (Performance capabilities) for weight variation in tablets and capsules in order to check that the process is running closed to the standard limits.
To maintain the documents of trial and process improvement batches.
Involved in basic GMP training for manufacturing personnel’s.
Handling all activities from the issuance of raw and packaging material till the dispatch of the finished product.
To optimize production.
To supervise dispensing, granulation, compression, capsulation and liquid manufacturing.
To ensure the comprehensive following of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
To post batch on OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing).
To ensure that the entire manufacturing process is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant.
