9. Conducts recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency in recruitment practices and outcomes, standardisation of recruitment operations.

10. Overseeing compliance to standards and policies and procedures in the department in dealing with foreign placement agencies, clients and management to ensure effective dischage of recruitment duties.

11. Ensuring employer branding is promoted to be the employer of choice by establishing employee value proposition, presence in various professional and personal network ensuring optimal client or candiate experience is delivered to uphold market reputation.

12. Perform other essential and non-essential administrative tasks like drafting tailor-made service agreement/ MoU for clients, foreign placement agencies, handle legal documents & filling up of foreign embassy forms.
