 Head-up project related issues such as Armoring, Camera installation/ Engineering and vehicle tracking systems in line with the governing authority’s specifications.
 To ensure all vehicle accidents are investigated and necessary action is taken against drivers and chase up repair work against a valid Police Report.
 To work closely with the Security Department to ensure security SOPs are adhered to as well as monitoring driver behavior and investigate vehicle abuse.
 Use of Fleet Management Software to tackle Fleet inefficiencies, streamline processes, improve performance, increase Fleet utilization and reduce Fleet cost.
