This company is an e-COMMERCE warehousing company. Mainly providing service to e-COMMERCE sellers or international shipping companies.
I'm taking care of the daily administration/customer service/clearance documentations/daily procedure flow management. I'm also managing e-COMMERCE platform accounts/wholesalers bussiness since last year. We have seller account on Noon/Amazon/Carrefour.

I'm mainly doing some client support things. Like account managing, following up delivery percentage, managing logistics supplies and agents and so on.
