I work as sales engineer.
Tutor (special work) for university and school students in many topics.
The company works with residential water treatment systems
Tasks:
1 - Collect the names of new customers in different ways.
2 - Scheduling to meet with customers and provide them with a unique service.
3 - Go to customers and provide the service with the presentation of new products.
4 - If the customer is approved to complete the sales process.
5 - Product installation and testing.
6 - After-sales customer services.
The company is an elecromechanical contractor, I work in "Public Security Directorate Forensic Laboratories Department" project.
Tasks:
1- Fire alarm System.
2- Building Management System (BMS).
Our topics in university are mainly: 1- Electrical: Electrical Circuits, Electronics, Electrical Machines, and Power Electronics. 2- Mechanical: Engineering Graphics, Machine Drawing, Thermal and Fluid Science, Dynamics and Vibrations, Mechanics of Machinery, strength of Materials, and Design of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems. 3- Computer: MATLAB, C++, ProEngineer, AutoCAD, PLC, Digital Logic, Assembly Language & Microprocessors, and Embedded Systems (PIC Micro-controllers. 4- Control: Simulation and Modeling, Engineering Measurements and Instrumentation, Control Systems, Modern Control Systems, Mechatronics Systems Design, Transducers, Intelligent Control, Industrial Process Control, Automation, and Electrical Drive Systems.
