work as senior Architect arbitrator with a consultant engineers teem for hospitals (400 bed) in Iraq with 750-million-dollar budget for the projects. my responsibilities include but not limited with:
• Prepare all the required drawing depending on design drawings, design details and measuring on site to calculate the actual executed quantities.
• writing a notice of arbitration clarifying what is expected of the parties and specifying all matters of the dispute.
• gathering the evidence from the claimant and the respondent.
• organizing and conducting arbitration meetings or hearings where both sides present their evidence
• summarizing each side's position in a written document
• interpreting and applying the relevant laws
• making a decision resolving the dispute based on the evidence and arguments submitted by both sides
• carrying out any appropriate follow-up communications.

Work in Laboratory renovation project for BTRP ( BIOLOGICAL THREAT REDACTION PROGRAM ) In Iraq . the project include design and build 13 health and veterinary laboratory in Iraq according to bio safety and security standards . the budget of the project is about 4 million dollar and take all responsibilities below :

• Managing the design team and freelancers as required.
• Influencing design led thinking across the business.
• Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs.
• Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for client’s brand and creative projects.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization.
• Commercial accountability through accurate scoping and quoting of work.
• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities.
• Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring commercial success.
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
• Provide quality control over design outputs and production.
• Establishing and developing best practice with the design and creative team.
• Working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines.
• Communicating with audience, positioning of Clients First’s design and creative capability.
• Point of contact for liaising with external suppliers, such as printers and on occasion photographers.

The work include Follow-up workflow for all projects of company and check work quality and solve any problems might be happened during the work by guidance the project manager for each project, The Projects divided into Housing Projects in south of Iraq and commercial center in Baghdad

Work as Architect in karbalaa sport city project . the project include main soccer stadium for 30000 spectators and training field and running truck and 5 stars hotel and administration building and serves buildings with all infrastructure requirement for the city

Work as project manager assistant in Al Dewania & Amara south of Iraq.

Work as project manager in Tel El Eswed west of Iraq in Police station

Design the architectural plans and detailing for 14 police stations in Waset
at the south of Iraq and work as Project manager assistant for this project(work under ITSI
supervision) .Design the architectural plans and detailing for Najaf Battalion and work as project
manager for this project (work under Tetra Tech supervision) .Design the architectural plans for
six police stations in Al Kdesia at the south of Iraq and work as project manager assistant for this
project (work under Toltest supervision) .

Design the architectural plans and detailing for camp honer in IZ

I was part of a design team doing the architectural and mechanical design
and detailing for 4000 bed correctional facility in Naseryia city in Iraq and in Khan Bni Saad.
The projects were very challenging due to special design criteria for these types of facilities and
all design based on US and British standard. The total construction value of the projects was
around 80 million dollars.

I was part of a design team to design 150 clinics all over the country. The
project was based on 6 typical clinics to be fitted in 150 different sites form extreme north to the
deep south of Iraq. It included site assessment, site adaptation and site specific civil work
packages in addition to the typical architectural, structural and MEP drawings. The total
construction value of the project was around 100 million dollars.
