•Responsible for all project functions and construction activities Civil‐MEP‐ finishing, leading the finance, HR, Controls (Planning, Cost, Contract administration, risk management, Engineering, procurement, Document management, etc..), PMV, safety, quality and all construction activities including over 1800 labors and staff.
•Involved on all project functions and construction activities Civil‐MEP‐ finishing. Reporting to the Area Managing Director North Africa, Executive Vice presidents, Executive Chairman. Zone 1 being four residential high‐rise towers (3 B + G + M + 22 Floors) with 124 apartments each. Luxurious and high‐end finishing apartments. 1400 m2 of built‐up area per floor. Zone 2: three offices buildings of four, six and eight floors built on a common foundation of G+2 with provision for a diagnostic Center. Zone 3: shopping mall on three levels including basement with restaurants and various leisure facilities. Zone 4: fifteen villas. Soft and hard landscape. •Challenge with the Client - Delay in direct payment for material contributing to delay on the project schedule and extra cost - succeeded in maintaining proper track record due to our proper planning and schedule update, our procurement follow‐up on direct payments, which helped in winning substantiated claims couple of times, winning over $40 million and receiving an extension of time for 2 years.
•Contribution to follow‐up, tracking and finalizing change orders that exceeded $100 million.
•Contribution to technical exercises for the deep foundations cooling system and the façade scaffolding system that saved on the project budget $2.5 million.

•Being an EPC project, the challenge was to procure the equipment on time so that the construction and delivery schedule is met. A thorough planning for the Engineering, procurement and construction helped achieving the target. Expediting on the procurement side has contributed to the major success on the completion time. •Quality Manager reporting to the project director, and corporate CS & quality management VP in Athens HQ, following on project management system, quality control procedures, inspection and test plans, Method statements, laboratories, all site inspections, coordination with the consultant, testing and commissioning and final project handing over, for site preparation and construction of the Sohar Port services and its industrial estate services, including: Roads: 25.5 km dual carriageway port access road, 3.7 km single carriageway internal roads, and 10 km of internal estate access roads. Utilities buildings. Drainage: 17, 416 linear meters of surface water drainage pipelines. 13, 170 l m flood protection channel and sea outfall channel all trapezoidal with a base width averaging 35 m. Consultant: Parsons' Int'l -Client: Ministry of Transport and Telecommunication.
•Designed all types of concrete mix designs and achieved a savings of half a million dollars in material due to the large volume of concrete supply (300 K meter cube).
•One of the major challenges was the pouring of the concrete side slopes of the channel. The slope was over 40 degree and necessitated some formwork. The cost of the formwork was not budgeted. I had to design a mix design that allows concrete to remain steady while enabling pouring and compaction.

Ducts from 200 to 1.600 mm in diameter of fiberglass, cast iron, and carbon steel, as well as 4 storage tanks of carbon steel (diameter: 90 m, height: 15 m), supported by a steel reinforced concrete base, built over a layer of backfilled soil of 4.5 m, coated with epoxy. Procurement and Construction of 4 water storage tanks (100m liters storage capacity each), inlet, outlet and washout pipe network with specified valve chambers and site development.

•Identification of the concrete mix design problems which were causing the concrete to crack in the floor slabs. 8000m of repairs in polyurethane injection. Had the right to claim all repair cost. Excellent hydraulic tests results for the watertight structure with approximately zero leak. Compliance with milestones.
