3.Support, information technology department to monitor the performance of computer hardware.
4.Assist staffs who are facing any problem in dealing with the software or any malfunction.
1 - Contact customers for some companies and ask them about the extent of satisfaction with the services of companies.
2 - to inquire about some of the services offered by companies to their customers and what are their proposals.
