Identify and analyze corporate level automation requirements of Succession Planning activities of ADNOC. Advice and lead the implementation of feasible solutions which enable the group companies to integrate and coordinate effectively with headquarter team. Working with other group companies' IT units to facilitate solutions tailored for ad-hoc requirements and liaise with ADNOC IT unit for all other information technology services. Lead and support enhancement of SAP Successfactors module related to Succession Planning, Talent Development and Mobility. Conduct orientation and training session for business unit staff as and when new technologies are introduced. Lead and manage Internal community portal development for the whole Talent development unit. Support conducting of Talent review committee sessions and focal point workshops in terms of technical aspect such as providing voting mechanism, online surveys and other on-demand solutions.
Undertakes comprehensive business analysis of ADNOC Talent and Capabilities Development Unit and departments. Advise pragmatic solutions to improve the business and communication process using Information technology. Liaise and coordinate with IT Divisions to ensure the divisional requirements are addressed and implemented effectively. Take part of the ERP implementation process in coordination with ERP agent and IT representative and provide assistance in terms of collecting the business requirements and providing future support as required by the department. Design, build and manage divisional level portals and its contents under ADNOC's Intranet. Analyze existing business processes and practices to identify the improvement potentials or gap and propose efficient and effective solutions to management and lead the change implementation.
Designing, developing and delivering business application solution for ADNOC users. Design and develop Internet, Intranet, e-business, Client-Server applications. Development of Web Services for various enterprise applications. Development of custom web parts and user controls for company intranet portal. Development and Management of Document Collaboration systems and workflows. Manage Intranet Website content.
Development of custom solutions which support barcode and laser engraving devices using Microsoft .NET framework and Windows CE. Software design and development (Visual Basic.Net, Visual Basic 6.0, Windows CE) SQL Database Administration. Pre Sales presentations, user training and support on Barcode equipment hardware and software. Customization for various barcode Label printing software
Development and Testing of small scale business applications for the local market using Visual basic, SQL server, and Crystal reports. Provide training on basic level programming
