Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera
P6 and MS Project for civil, building, and infrastructure projects.
 Coordinate with project stakeholders (engineering, procurement, and
construction teams) to ensure alignment of baseline and look-ahead
schedules.
 Prepare resource-loaded schedules, identify critical paths, and monitor
progress against planned timelines.
 Provide planning input during tenders and bids, including preparation of
detailed baseline programmes and resource-loaded schedules.
 Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, and engineering
disciplines to identify risks, ensure compliance with contractual
obligations, and achieve project milestones.
 Monitor project progress against the baseline, prepare status and variance
reports, and perform critical path analysis to support timely decision-
making.
 Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards
for project performance analysis.
 Conduct delay analysis, forecast project risks, and implement mitigation
strategies to maintain project timelines.
 Managing all the Records and Data for Engineering, Procurement &
Construction on Weekly and Monthly Basis and Reporting to Project
Manager and Director.
 Prepare and update EOT claims, recovery programs, and corrective action  Collaborate with site execution teams, subcontractors, and consultants to
ensure smooth progress and timely resolution of schedule conflicts.
 Track and report on procurement schedules, submittal logs, and
engineering deliverables to avoid project bottlenecks.
 Monitor earned value (EV) metrics to assess project performance and cost
control.
 Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and audits, presenting
schedule updates and performance summaries.
 Track engineering documents against the SDRL and EDDR
