• Senior Electrical Engineer responsible to manage & supervise subordinate Electrical Engineers & sub-contractors for executing works as per latest drawings, specifications & schedule.
•Primarily responsible to carefully study the assigned project and get well known the Electrical scope of work.
•Review the project Electrical specification thoroughly and implement the same standards while executing site works in coordination with other trades.
•Responsible to review the schedule and sequence of operation of all the Electrical Long Lead equipment and if there is any conflict in the schedule against the specification should immediately raise RFI (Request For Information) to Engineering department.
•Responsible to collect all the approved submittals.
•Review all the Electrical PO’s and assure the material released meets site requirement in compliance to specification, approved material submittal and shop drawings.
•Get construction schedule from CM/PM and implement it.
•Responsible to execute Electrical works and to meet construction schedule on daily basis.
•Responsible to notify CM/PM concerning the out of scope of work by providing information such as material quantity, price and personnel required.
•Ensure all the Electrical works completed are in compliance to specification and as per shop drawings.
•Responsible to coordinate with QA/QC department and raise RFI (Request for Inspection) for all completed Electrical works and ensure that RFI gets approval.
•Responsible to coordinate with testing team and raise RFT after the approval of RFI.
•Coordinate with Main Contractor/Consultant for all necessary drawings & technical negotiation.
•Ensure all works completed in a safe manner and highest quality with cost and energy saving.
•Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals with warranty certificates and spare part lists and all related documents for project Handing Over and arranging training for the operation team for all installed electrical systems.
Fully Responsible For All Electric System Design Checking, Redesign and Installation: Switchgear, Transformer, MV & LV Cables, Panel Boards, Motor Control Center, Bus Way, Bus Duct, Earthing & Lightning Protection System, MATV, IPTV, CCTV & IP Camera System, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting Telephone, Access Control, Public Address, Wiring Devices, Cable Trench & Trays, Interior & Exterior Lighting, EIB System, IP Telephone & Data, Nurse Call System, Burglar Alarm, And Building Management System.
