Description:
 Responsible in managing and controlling the activities of the inventory operations unit by ensuring that the strategic plans and process are within the standard procedures in improving the business performance and achieved the division and company goals.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the strategic plan and improve the service rate and Stock month at the targeted level to enhance the Parts GDI by ensuring the parts availability at all times.

5. Negotiate the freight costs with shipping lines/ couriers (Sea and Air) and local transporter from sea port to PDC by creating a strong communication channel with suppliers (TMC/TMS/TMAP-EM/TMAP-MS/TPCAP/TMT/TMMIN/TMP/DMC/AJT/TMHC) for better negotiation atmosphere.
6. Manage a manpower performance, development & engagement programs to transfer the Know-How to the associates (including Centers & Dealers key persons) to be engaged, self-reliant and productive.
7. Communicate and coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department for better performance in sales campaign and price revision.
8. Coordinate with Warehouse Department for a synchronized logistic operations load and responsibilities in the conduct of the annual stock taking.
9. Communicate with Suppliers on major issues concerning parts supply (i.e. supply problems, technical issues, parts recall, etc.).
10. Draw the strategies for the supply chain process to improve the service rate, stock month and stock efficiency.
11. Oversee new projects that aim to transfer the know-how to our centers and dealers and improve the department KPI’s by monitoring the implementation on a regular basis.
12. Continuous improvement of the Inventory Management Operation with ‘dynamic’ relationship with IT Department for improving the stock service rate.
13. Managing yearly scrapping activity.
14. Prepare for our department weekly & monthly KPI’s meeting internally and externally with our suppliers to check where we are reached from the national target and discuss if there is any obstacles for our associates.
