My role was to manage three projects; two software development pipelines one operates in Agile Kanban adding features to a serverless software in production nearing end of life. The third project is Waterfall based Cyber Security Standards (NZISM, ISO2700, NIST CSF-1.1) Implementation in the organization (Policies writing, implementation, Identification and Implementation of Security Controls and third party conformance audit).

Replaced Night Guards from 113 Premises across the country from effecting Alarm and CCTV Monitoring Systems. The Scope included Civil Works to secure the perimeter of premises, Alarm System Up gradation to secure the Entrances and key areas of the Branches. It was a kind of ECM and CCPM Project, we worked in tight deadlines. Every premise presented a new challenge, was depending heavily on vendors and regional teams and managed the project in three regions.
• Complaint Management System
Designing In House Complaint Management and logging System for CCTV, Alarm Systems and Guarding Complaints Logging and workflow for necessary escalation. Used traditional project management methodology.
• Remote Status Monitoring System
Architected and Implemented a System capable of monitoring Alarm System Status, UPS and Battery Backup, CCTV Systems Faults and shall inform the Standard Chartered Bank Regional control Rooms in case if any event occurs. Will display the events over Geographical Information System. Used CCPM Technique to complete the Project.
• Security Control Room Up gradation
Upgrading of the Security Control Room included Complete interior renovation, civil works and the installation of LED Video Wall of 21ft by 3ft. for the remote CCTV Monitoring, Alarm System Monitoring, CCTV Events Monitoring and GIS. Used Event Chain Project Management to Manage cross functional (Civil, Electronics, Electrical and Computation) Tasks and teams.
