• Developing, updating, and monitoring detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, aligned
with project scope and milestones.
• Performing critical path analysis (CPM), identifying delays, and proposing mitigation or recovery plans.
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track progress and ensure
accurate schedule data.
• Preparing progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules, highlighting risks and key performance
indicators (KPIs).
• Supporting claims and contract management through delay analysis (e.g., TIA, window analysis) and
maintaining proper documentation in line with contract requirements.

• Baseline Scheduling: Developing detailed project schedules (Level 1 to Level 4) using Primavera P6 or MS
Project based on the project scope, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and contract documents.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly tracking actual site progress against the baseline, identifying
variances, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Resource Management: Creating manpower and equipment histograms to optimize the allocation of labor
and machinery at the right time.
• Cost Control & Forecasting: Preparing project cash flow forecasts, S-curves, and aligning cost-loaded
schedules with the projects financial capacity.
• Delay & Claims Analysis: Conducting Critical Path Analysis and What-if scenarios to assess the time impact
of changes, variations, or setbacks.
• Recovery Planning: Developing recovery schedules to realign delayed projects with their original timelines and
milestones.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising between site teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure all
disciplines (civil, MEP, structural) are synchronized.

• Baseline Development: Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS
Project, including WBS and resource loading.
• Critical Path Analysis: Identifying the Critical Path and providing early warnings for potential delays to project
management.
• Progress Monitoring: Conducting regular site visits to verify actual physical progress against planned targets.
• Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-Curves, Manpower Histograms,
and Equipment Schedules.
• Look-ahead Planning: Developing 2-week and 4-week look-ahead plans to ensure material and labor
availability.
• Productivity Tracking: Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and labor productivity to ensure the
project stays within budget.
• Contract Review: Interpreting and implementing contract clauses based on FIDIC or PEC Standard Bidding
Documents.
• EOT Claims: Preparing and analyzing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including forensic delay analysis
(Impacted As-Planned or As-Built vs. Planned).
• Variation Orders: Managing the Variation Order (VO) process, from identifying changes in scope to technical
and commercial submission. Payment Certification: Reviewing and certifying Subcontractor Monthly Progress Claims and preparing Client
Billing (IPCs).
• Contractual Correspondence: Drafting formal letters (Notices of Delay, Notices of Claim) to protect the
companys legal and financial interests.
• Subcontract Management: Assisting in the pre-qualification of subcontractors and the administration of their
specific contract terms.

• Gathering data from the site.
• Updating the Primavera P6 schedule with actual start/finish dates.
• Developing S-curves and histograms to visualize progress.
• Highlighting bottlenecks in material procurement or site execution to senior planners.
