Harrods had embarked on a Re-platform program to provide customers with a responsive Omni-channel shopping experience via customized usage of IBM’s WebSphere Commerce Server and Order Management System.
Key responsibilities as Release and Delivery Manager (Testing) included-
•Creating the test function and test strategy to support re-platform program and BAU and the hybrid development methodologies of Agile and V&V
•Working closely with partner team’s IBM in defining work order, commercial discussions and evaluation of their test and delivery process.
•Defined and implemented the release process for BAU project and the re-platform program
•Stakeholder reporting of releases and deliverables
•RFP creation and negotiation with third party partner team to provision flexible resourcing option
