Key Responsibilities
• Directly support the Secretary General of GECF.
• Plan and Organize high level meetings like Executive Board and Ministerial Meetings as well as Summits.
• Handle communication with high level officials like Heads of State, Ministers, Ambassadors and CEOs of corporations.
• Assist with the preparation of press releases and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Center Director.
• Directly and independently lead research projects.
• Draft scopes of work for research that show a strong understanding of the local context, an appropriate use of research tools, and realistic timeline and team compositions.
• Lead outreach and public relations efforts of research center.
• Participate in local, regional and international conferences and workshops on behalf of the Center.
• Support graduate students with thesis work.
• Plan and handle logistics of the Center events including round-tables, workshops and conferences

1. International panel on “Syrian Refugee Crisis: The International Community’s Moral Responsibility” (QFIS, December 4, 2012).
2. Distinguished speaker lecture by Ilyasah Shabazz on “The Transformative Power of Education: Continuing the Legacy of Malcolm X” (Qatar Foundation, 9 Dec)
• Assist Center Director with preparation of Book “Islam and Muslims” (the first textbook on Islam in English, approximately 1, 100 Pages, three volumes)
• Work on several indexes in Volume Three: concept index, Quranic citations index and indexes of names, places, proper nouns and Arab terms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervised more than 500 graduate students sponsored by various Saudi Universities and government agencies under the King Abdullah Scholarship Program.
• Developed a corporate wellness program and emergency management and business continuity plan for the organization.
• Initiated and designed an employee newsletter.
• Served on several committees including the interior design, quality control, and graduation committee.
• Founder and co-Chair of Employee committee representing over 400 employees with management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepared and edited press releases for session during the UN Conference on the Status of Women 2008.
• Drafted president’s speeches
• Conducted research on important topics including; human trafficking and empowerment of women.
