Project: Sustainable Mixed-Use Development, Msheireb Properties Real Estate (Qatar)
Managed the operation and maintenance for major real-estate developer demolishing an old city, salvaging some significant old
buildings and creating a new sustainable 76 acre community with 100 buildings including commercial, retail, residential spaces as
well as a shopping mall, parkade, school, and museum.
Primary responsibilities: Team Leader, Maintenance (Preventive, Reactive and Emergency), Budgets, Audits, Scope of Works,
Invoices, Building Condition reports, Contracts and Tenders.
Key Achievements:
Upgrading Head Quarters LEED gold Certificate to LEED platinum by obtaining additional credentials through LEED O+M.

Managed the operation and maintenance for 400 commercial and retail shopping mall with popular stores such as H&M, Virgin,
Zara, Apple, Tim Horton’s, Gap etc. Supervised 25 skilled technicians and supervisors as well as hard, soft and specialist service
providers. Worked on project budgets, scope of work, service delivery, invoices, and contracts.

Achieved 20% contract cost reduction by tendering security services and reviewing operational needs (2011)
