Roles & Responsibilities:
Research and Development on new workforce management & access control solutions, feasibility study on customer requirements, and new biometric recognition technologies.
Conducting stability tests of new solutions, testing live-ness detection, FAR, FRR of biometric solutions, accuracy & authenticity of WFM and ACS systems.
Working with vendors in order to get hardware and software bugs fixed.
Designing and discussing application flow and changes with vendors as per new
requirements. Testing solutions once received from vendors
Access control circuit designing for ELV Department with multiple inputs and outputs for Push Buttons, Fire Alarms, and Door Access.
Circuit Designing for Smile4me controller, Drowsiness detection, finding suitable sensors for different purposes.
Technical Support to helpdesk team in order to fix new issues and discuss new customer
requirements.
Planning migration and upgrade activities with technical support team for large scale
customer sites, considering rollback plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Handled product presentations, feature demonstration, live demos and technical queries via Sales Team.
Documentation of User Manuals, Quick Installation Guides, Presentations, product brochures and etc.
