•As a System Administrator I have to trouble shoot all the Operating system and Hardware related issues.
•Installing and Administering different Windows family Operating Systems ( Windows XP, VISTA, 2000 Prof., Windows 2003, Win 2008 & 2012 Server …)
•Installing and troubleshooting varies kinds of IBM Blade Servers & IBM X Series Servers
•Installing and configuring the different RAID Levels with different RAID Controllers.
•Installing and Configuring Network Resources such as Printers over the network for the users to be able to access them.
•Addressing the user problems / escalations and resolving within the time period
•Trouble shooting the servers using the different IBM Diagnostic Tools.
•Cat -6 Cable termination, Patch Panel Termination and I/O Outlet Termination
Server Management
•Managing Active Directory Services ( User accounts and Groups )
•Installing and Configuring TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS Services
•Installing and Configuring Network Resources such as Printers over the network for the users to be able to access them.
•Troubleshooting various Desktop, Laptop and Network issues.
•User account, Profiles Creation and Deletion.
•Creating Groups and adding members to the groups and assigning permission for those groups on shared folders.
•Maintaining of servers & updating the patches of various Software’s & OS
•Install and configuring the SAN Server using iscsi Services.
•Monitoring the Virus problems and updating the security patches
•Managing and taking data backups from servers
•Exchange server user accounts, Profile Creation and Deletion.
•Configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 & 2012 for users
•Sonic Firewall NSA3500 management
•Through Sonic Firewall giving access to users for internet and monitoring users
•Updating & deploying antivirus and windows updates through Management Server to clients
•Backups with SSR-2013 - Online and Offline Image Backup of the servers.
•Scheduling and Managing the Backup With SSR-2013 (Symantec System Recovery)
•Working on IT Help desk issues.
Network Management
•Managing Network Switches Like Cisco Routers 2800 Series And Core Switches.
•Install, Configuring and Monitoring Cisco Catalyst 520G Managed Switches
•Managing Three sites located in different areas with WAN Network (IP-VPN)
•Preventive maintenance of all Switches regularly.
