Hub Pak Salt Refinery is one of the largest Pink Himalayan Salt
manufacturing and exporting company in Pakistan.


Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct optimum day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Facilitate with handling troubleshooting of the manufacturing process.
• Identify training needs of the staff and organize trainings to meet quality, food safety and GMP requirements.
• Verification & Validation of CCP's and OPRP's (as per HACCP Plan).
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of GMP and Hygiene practices at site.
• Engage to prepare my organization for different food safety, social and security audits.
• Managing internal and external audits international as well as local.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Responsible for the supervision of ISO 9001, 14001, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, GMP, KOSHER and customer based food safety audits.
• Plan and conduct detailed Internal Audits to find gaps to improve system effectiveness.
• Customer complaint handling.
• Contribute to process improvement and wastage decreasing
activities.
