includes monitoring administrative projects.
 Maintains workflow by studying methods and develops administrative staff by providing required
information.
 Resolves administrative problems by co coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and
identifying solutions
 Ensure operation of equipments by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for
repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
 Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Support the Director in arrangements for Board meetings.
 Take minutes at Division meetings and follow up on decisions taken.
 Prepare letters, invitations to Governmental sectors, head of organizations, mainly to participants
to events with follow ups and responses to inquiries.
Assist Division staff with administrative duties as requested including making travel arrangements.
 Maintaining an electronic record of all Division records, files, correspondence, etc.
Handle all procurement requirements for the Division:
Request for quotations;
Preparation of comparative statements;
 Finalization of order and follow-up.
 Maintain a record of all incurred costs of the Division for Director.
 Arrange for translation as requested by Director
