• Attend to all the customer requests and inquiries regarding report generating via Business Objects.
• Escalate and report any issue or requests made by the customer to the Universe Developers.
• Follow up with the Universe Developers regarding any requests or change orders opened to ensure the finalizing of the work in a timely manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Provide service and infrastructure Operations support to customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all systems and products serviced by Service & Infrastructure Operations.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems.
• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations.
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
• Provide on-site support to users during the cut-over of services when required.
