Operations officer assistant at INJAZ Palestine is part of the global organization Junior Achievement Worldwide, in which more than 10 million students participate in over 126 countries annually. The purpose of INJAZ is to create an empowered generation of young entrepreneurs who will become the social and economic leaders of Palestine's future.Julay2014_present, as a operation coordinator officer assistant at Nablus city I have many responsibility to follow up our annual plan and vitrify if we are on target or not, coordinate between our Volunteers and give them intensive training to handle with students on schools, coordinate between ministry of education and universities to apply our program on it, contact with Private sectors and make weekly meeting to share your achievements and to support us with Volunteers, make a weekly events for student and contests between school to apply an initiatives on the society to learn leadership and self-management, social responsibility, also making the evaluations for our programs and make needed analysis statistics
working in supply chain management,
inventory management ( safety stock issue, forecasting for new order, expiry date management and so on ),
purchasing from suppliers placing the orders and follow up issue, tenders officer regarding to medical supply finally new project contact with supplier and build or network .
o Developing market plan and improve the ideas to extend the company’s market share.
o Leading coordination between the company and its customers as a consultant for its products.
o Performing accurate analysis and developed different methodologies to analyze data.
o Conducting researches /analysis methods and matches these to project objectives; understanding potential and/or limitations of various sources and methodologies
o .Supply chain management by studying the potential of supplier and evaluate the alternatives up on standards.
o Quality assurance process in factory conforming and nonconforming procedures. using statistical programs Minitap and SPSS for quality control issue.
