To provide quality service to EK (Emirates) and Code share passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services and baggage services as per company commercial and safety standards and procedures so that EK and code share passengers and their baggage are handled in a consistent and efficient manner.

Perform duties of a flight coordinator that include:
- Monitor departures and arrivals
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure flights depart on-time and all logistics for arrival flights are met

Worked for a month in university with professor and secretary
- Assist professor and secretary in promotion of International Aviation Management Conference (IAMC), 2012
- Send emails to aviation professionals and university faculty from around the world to invite them to write conference papers for the IAMC
- Assist the organizing team during the IAMC event.
