-Strategic Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Boolean searches, social networking platforms rated to
the software technology industry. (i.e. GitHub, Levels.fyi etc.)
-Average 1-way contact emails reaching 100-140 per week, 2-way contact conversion rate of 30-40 via
email, phone or InMail. Interview phone screen calls totaling 7-15 per week, in order to reach my 3-6
candidates to direct onsite interview within 1-4 weeks.
-Maintaining a strong, focused pipeline of 50-60 active candidates in order to hit hiring targets, if not

University Recruiter Closer for Microsoft at their headquarters in Redmond, WA. I was responsible for the management of 41 Software Engineer, Program Manager and or Product Managers during intern season. Faced paced, high volume account management ensuring candidates progressed through their paid 13 week internships successfully. The goal was to ensure their success and that they received an offer of employment at the end, coordinating and facilitating compensation package negotiation so the candidates accepted their offers. Also, team work, ATS, records management, constant communication between myself and the intern as well as their Principal Engineer managers and any other stakeholders. With a strong emphasis on data analysis to ensure I was meeting or exceeding expectations, which I was able to successfully meet and exceed! My offer accept rate was 94+% and all my interns received offers through mentorship, coaching, education and relationship building. I loved this role and I only left because Google recruited me to join their company.

Served the Native American Tulalip Tribes of Washington for 5 years within their Human Resources and Employment Departments. I started as an Office Assistant for 1 year, where I served 3 Recruiters full-time for a 24-7 4 Diamond Resort. Promoted to Recruiter I within 1 year where I had my own Office Assistant and I managed 30 Employment files. After 1 year I was promoted to Recruiter II where I hired employmees for the 4 Diamond Resort and the Tribes Government Administration offices. I managed between 30-40 files at once for 10+ departments. After 1 year I was again promoted to Recruiter III which was a role responsible to hire Professional Executives and or Doctors for various departments such as Healthcare, Legal, Education, Law Enforcement and Natural Cultural Resources. I loved serving the Native community, this group of people is similar to a Bedouin in Saudi Arabia. I learned a lot and had a lot of opportunity to grow. I started and managed a monthly Hiring Class to help community members learn about resume building, interviewing and understanding job descriptions. I also was solely responsible for Career Fair attendance and scheduling/creating our own Job Fairs. This included marketing across TV, radio, newspapers and web social media advertising.
