Event Coordinator/Production Head
Job Description: Handles manpower hiring, manpower payroll in every events that we cater.
Handles big and small events for Globe/Touch Mobile.
Prepare manpower listing, alignment with clients, cater queries/suggestions of clients, contacts all suppliers, talents and manpower of the said events.
Graphic Artist/Event Staff
Job Description: Handles lay-outing of posters, streamers, flyers and ticket of the event.
Handles corporate and concert events.
Responsible for doing the slide presentation of a certain events organized by the company.
Graphic Artist/ Crew
Job Description: Handles cashiering, frontline works during the day.
Implement effective customer satisfaction by giving the needs of the client when it comes to his/her wants
Responsible in editing, lay-outing and printing of graphics/pictures of the client
Duties also includes lay-outing of different tarpaulins, invitations of customer.
Job Description: Handles customers queries and needs everyday/
Handles computer related works and sales of the day.
Counterperson
Job Description: Handles cashiering and front line works during the day.
Implement effective customer satisfaction by catering their needs in the store.
Service Crew
Job Description: Handles kitchen, cashiering and back-up works during the day.
