FINANCE: Reporting to CFO
• Monitored Sales Tax working & e-filling of Returns of all three companies
• Monitored monthly Sales Audit functions
• Monitored all Internal Stock inventory Audit.
• Monitored EOBI SESSI/PESSI payment process
• Monitored Utilities payments all over Pakistan
• Monitored issuing Sale Tax & Income tax Certification
• Responsible for timely advices on Tax matters on Tax Consultant Directives.
• Responsible for Sales tax registration of the companies
• Responsible for other required financial reports timely required by management
• Responsible for installation of EDC-machines & other banking matters etc.
• Responsible for new opening Banks Accounts for the Company
• Responsible to resolving complains of EDC machines by coordinate with Senior operation team leaders & RGM’s through different banks.

SUPPLY CHAIN/PROCUREMENT: Reporting to GM Supply Chain & Finance

• Responsible for preparing payments schedule of various vendors
• Corresponding with Venders & Suppliers matters of Supplies/invoices/payments
• Managing suppliers and operations departments to drive cost reductions keeping the overall goals of the business in mind.
• Develops the capabilities of the Supply chain team through direction, coaching, clear objectives and performance standards.
• Providing feedback and managing individual development plans.
