Qlikview CoE is responsible to deliver high performance & Optimized Qlikview Dashboards which Business Users can use for Effective Decision Making in their Day to Day Operations & help their business increase the revenue and save the operational costs.
Currently this team is supporting Industrial Business (Vehicle / Hydraulics / Aerospace) of Eaton for 8 Big Dashboards and 20+ small dashboards. Two months back this team started expanding services to corporate group in Project Management Areas.
My role is to manage Qlikview Deliveries following Agile Methodology and talk to Business to chart out clear Business Needs / Requirements to help effective solution building.
