* Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow Projections, Funds Planning and finance management from external and internal sources.

* Preparation and Presentation of Annual budgets and various performance reports as per the requirement of the management including comparisons and variance analysis.

* Preparation of Costing reports for the management and any resultant variance analysis.

* Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow reports for the management.

* Liaison with external auditors for conducting the interim and annual audits.

* Checking and approving all the bank reconciliation statements.

* Acting as a Joint Signatory to sign on all the banking transactions.

* Supervising, checking and delegating the jobs to subordinates for efficient and reliable functioning of the accounts department.

* Handling about AED 70 Million financing facility with the bank and liaison with all the Banks.

* Supervising and checking the payroll function.

* Checking and authorizing all the payments.

* Some milestones during my service include:
✓ Running the accounting and financial affairs of the Project of more than USD 28 Million from the inception to start of operations. We have been in operations now since Jan 09.

✓ Development and implementation from scratch a fully integrated ERP system to suffice the needs of accounting and supply chain functions.

✓ Development and implementation of fixed asset register.

✓ Development and implementation of ERP based payroll system.
