# Project Manager in IT Applications Service Delivery Portfolio
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, IT Applications Portfolio.
Responsible for end-to-end execution, from Initiation to Closure, of a project.
Develop and present proposals in response to RFPs for new opportunities
Manage multiple, simultaneous, interdependent projects across different portfolios.
Track and report on project health (scope, cost, schedule, quality) to all stakeholders.
Identify and mange risks, issues and assumptions related to the project
Perform resource management including booking, leveling, reporting and release.
Ensure that the projects adhere to the defined EY processes of Project Management
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and build long term relationships
Manage Project Finance - Rate Cards, Costing, Billing, Invoice Tracking & Profit Margin Tracking
Project scheduling and tracking using MS Project Tool
Liaising with other Project Manager’s from IT Applications portfolio to understand, discuss on interdependencies between projects and to evaluate the overall progress.
Discuss weekly with the SDM on the risks, issues, project progress & health
# Delivery Manager - Small Works
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, IT Applications portfolio
Small Works team works on change requests less that 40 hrs of development effort in Lotus Notes and MS Office
Manage a team consisting of 17 resources - 3 Technical Leads and 14 Engineers
Initiated the process re-engineering for the small works process by which the customer satisfaction rating enhanced to 4.8 from 3.8.
Best Developer Program- Developed and implemented process to identify and reward best developers in the team.
Manage the team of developers, prioritize and assign tasks, provide guidance on design and development, monitor progress of task assigned, motivate high performance amongst team members and periodically report the statistics to the management.
Ensuring quality of project deliverables by regular monitoring and remodeling processes.
Liaise with the Global Small Works Manager for status reporting and discuss risks, issues, exception approvals, escalations etc.
Liaise with Service Delivery Manager from various portfolios globally for project initiation and during all phases of the project.
Establish and maintain good relationship with the customer and ensure that the service provided for their products are of the best standards and quality.
Prepare trend analysis reports based on current performance and forecast for the upcoming period.
# Project Manager - GSS Service Delivery PMO
GSS Service Delivery team consists of 5 Project Managers, 22 Application Engineers, 8 Business Analysts and 10 Quality Assurance Engineers with 10 - 15 concurrent projects in progress any time.
Resource Management - Planning for projects in pipeline, assignment to current projects and conflict management of assigned resources.
Demand management, planning and forecasting for projects in pipeline
Ensure 90% billable utilization for resources and report utilization to the management periodically.
Verify the project status reports submitted by Project Managers, monitor KPI variances (Scope, Cost, Schedule, and Quality) and consolidate the reports for management.
Derivation of blended hourly rates for the team based on rate card for the financial year. Prepare monthly billing invoices for GSS SD team to be submitted to Global Finance.
Monitor updates from project managers in PM Tool and TFS and generate reports periodically.
Identify new business opportunities and prepare business proposals and presentations for showcasing capabilities to the customers.
Derive Balance Score Card for the team based on organizational goals and measure performance quarterly
Liaise with the recruitment team for bringing in fresh talents and provide induction for smooth transitioning to the team
